For this recipe of the month, we have a high-protein, easy, yet sweet snack! It's called the sesame nori crunch, handed down from our very own Chef Allison. To start, heat some maple syrup and oil, add in almonds and sesame seeds, and then tear apart some nori. You take that mixture, spread it out on a baking sheet, and pop it in the oven for 10 minutes! Once your 10 minutes are up, take it out, let it cool, break it into pieces, and enjoy! If you want the proportions for the recipe, look below!
